First Steps is a safe place to unpack the paralyzing emotions of guilt, shame, and grief that occur on the other side of abortion. You are not alone.

I would tell her that at the end of this life changing journey, her life would be forever changed to a life filled with the love of God, knowing absolutely that God had forgiven her, that God loved her more than she can imagine, to a life filled with the joy of the Lord regardless of circumstances.”

Come join Cynthia for this women only course. This is a safe space to explore different kinds of relationships with a focus on identifying patterns of codependency.
We learn to name emotions and identify our wants and needs. We study effective communication and will explore non-physical forms of abuse and manipulation. We cover healthy boundaries and setting priorities.
