ACA (Adult Children of Alcoholics) is a spiritual recovery program for adults who grew up in dysfunctional families. Many members were raised in homes affected by alcohol or drug use, but addiction is not a requirement.
ACA also welcomes those who experienced abuse, neglect, abandonment, emotional immaturity, or other unhealthy family dynamics.
The program helps individuals understand how childhood experiences continue to impact their thoughts, relationships, and behaviors today, and supports healing through shared experience and personal growth.

Codependence is a disease that deteriorates the soul. It affects our families, children, friends, and relatives. Also our businesses and careers, our health, and our spiritual growth. It is debilitating and, if left untreated, causes us to become more destructive to ourselves and others. Many of us come to a point when we must look beyond ourselves for help. Many of us reach CoDA’s doorstep after treatment for codependence or other addictions.
